
TENERE SURF TRIPS – BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all bookings with Tenere Surf Trips.
PAYMENT: To secure your booking with Tenere Surf Trips, a deposit of 40% of the total trip cost is required, payable via bank transfer. Your booking will only be confirmed once this deposit is received. Without the deposit, your booking is not guaranteed, and we may accept other reservations. The remaining 60% must be paid in cash in Euros upon arrival. Please note that we do not currently accept credit cards.
CANCELLATION BY TENERE SURF TRIPS: If Tenere Surf Trips is unable to provide the holiday you booked, we will offer you an alternative of similar standard or refund 100% of your deposit.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Refunds are provided on a sliding scale depending on the notice period:
Cancellation more than 1 month before arrival: 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival: 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: No deposit refund. If the cancellation is due to flight cancellations or other uncontrollable factors (e.g., border closures), you can use the deposit towards another trip within a calendar year.
INSURANCE POLICY:
Surf Guiding: You must be able to handle yourself in the water. Our surf guides will suggest surf spots and provide guidance, but they are not responsible for your safety, injury, or death while surfing.
Travel Insurance: All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for surfing. Tenere Surf Trips is not liable for any injuries or damages to persons or property during your stay. It is the guest’s responsibility to secure appropriate travel insurance.
PRIVACY POLICY: Tenere Surf Trips ensures that any personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of your booking. We will not share or disclose your information to third parties.
